If the helicopter cancels because of weather, a technical issue, aircraft delay or similar, only the helicopter part is refunded. Lounge access and luggage transfer stay charged.

By request. Every flight needs the operator's approval, so send us your request at least 7 days ahead, with the details of each passenger. Eternis Tours arranges it with Mauritius Helicopter Limited and confirms your flight by email.

        • You can move the date free of charge up to 24 hours before, subject to availability.
        • Cancellation up to 24 hours before: 50% fee. Less than 24 hours before: 100% fee.
        • Flights are operated by Mauritius Helicopter Limited and need their approval. You are not booked until we confirm.
        • Exact weights of passengers and baggage are required. Boarding can be refused if the real weight is well above the declared weight.
        • Baggage limit on the H125: 2 suitcases (75 x 50 x 30 cm) and 2 cabin bags (60 x 40 x 25 cm), or 5 cabin bags.
        • Flight times are approximate. Routes depend on weather and air traffic control.
        • If the operator cancels for weather, technical or operational reasons, your flight is refunded.
        • Landing fees may apply at heliports and helipads, and are added to your quote where they do. At Bel Ombre: 85 EUR per exclusive flight, 22 EUR per passenger on sharing flights, 140 EUR per Heli-Lunch or Heli-Golf flight.
        • Infants from 0 to 24 months need a child restraint. Minors must fly with a responsible adult.
