Dawn Kayaking in Dolphin Bay, Tamarin
An early-morning guided sea-kayak trip through the dolphin waters of Tamarin Bay, paddled responsibly and quietly.
Paddle out into Tamarin Bay at dawn with a Yanature guide, the quiet morning waters where spinner and bottlenose dolphins often rest after feeding at night. Look out for them, always in a responsible, respectful way.

🐬 Dolphins: Sometimes seen
Wild animals, wild odds. See The Wild Ocean Promise below.
Dolphins cannot be guaranteed — they are sometimes too far offshore to reach by kayak. In that case your guide takes you on an alternative route along the Tamarin River and its wildlife.

🐢 THE WILD OCEAN PROMISE
The ocean isn’t a zoo, and that’s exactly what makes it magic.
Turtles, dolphins and whales are wild animals living free in their natural habitat. We take you to the places where they live and feed, but they decide whether to appear. Some days the water is alive with them; some days it’s quiet.
What we promise: the right spots, an experienced local crew, and full respect for Mauritius marine wildlife regulations. No chasing, touching, feeding or blocking animals, ever.
What no one can promise: a sighting. Wildlife encounters are a gift of nature, not part of the service purchased. No refunds or compensation are given when animals are not seen.
